Hello, John Doe is a podcast about loss, connection and what it means to be family. I composed the theme and seven other cues that score the story.
Todd Matthews, an amateur sleuth from Tennessee, tells the story of a family torn apart by tragedy and his quest to bring them back together. From Revelations Entertainment, First and Last Productions, and Neon Hum Media, "Hello John Doe" is a winding, poignant tale that explores what it means to be lost and found.
My dear friend H Felix Chau Bradley invited me to score and sound design (aka produce) a narrative audio piece, interpreting the eponymous short story from their published collection. We were graciously curated (by Eli Tareq El Bechelany-Lynch) for Metatron Press’s audio journal Glyphöria.
I made music for the BBC Sounds podcast Friday Night Heists (a season of Sport’s Strangest Crimes). It was produced by the good people at Meadowlark Media
I was asked by acclaimed photographers Isadora Kosofsky & Lynn Johnson to score a diptych they made for a live conversation at the annual Catchlight Festival.
A report about trauma, addiction and the broken rehabilitation industry. I composed music for the entire 9-episode series.
I was brought in to compose for a live Planet Money show in Big Sky, Montana back in February 2023. I joined the hosts on stage, and performed the music as the theatrical performance unfolded. While the entire performance was captured, only this third of the show has been released via their podcast.
An iHeartRadio x Neon Hum Media production about the mental illness of a woman who deceived countless people regarding fake illnesses. I scored the theme and other interstitial music.
Prod. Neon Hum Media
A podcast telling the story of Father Ryan Scott, a charlatan priest that took millions of dollars from his followers and left emotional destruction and even death in his wake. A great true crime series that vacillates between light-heartedness and a dark emotional core.
A collaborative immersive piece I was commissioned to make with producer Aliya Pabani about the raids on Toronto Houseless Encampments.
Prod. Aliya Pabani
A empathetic documentary series on the homeless communities in Toronto’s gentrifying neighborhoods.
(2018) Dir. Jake Nelson
Co-scored (and written) by Jade Shames
An award-winning animated film that takes a surrealist approach to a whirlwind relationship. It’s a film about the chaotic magic of perspective and distance.
(2018) Dir. Agnes Momirski
An experimental exploration at the way the female voice is co-opted by technology through instruction, meditation, and AI development.
(2015) Dir. Agnes Momirski
A psychological sci-fi about the future of human interaction and sociopathology from our integration with technology.
(2016) Dir. Agnes Momirski
Experimental video art made for installation at UAUU Gallery in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
